I have been using the free (smaller) version for some time and thought I might upgrade to the Reference version.
I'm not actually trying to reactivate a trial version. If you buy reference then it will be activated as Reference.Thank you so much for responding so quickly. It is not possible to reactivate the Reference trial once it has been used.
